The Accelerator Department launches training sessions and workshops aimed at equipping accepted participants with the skills necessary to effectively present their ideas to both the public and the jury.
Workshop 1: How to Pitch:
In collaboration with experts specialized in body language and communication, the Accelerator Department conducts this workshop is divided into two sessions:
- The first session involves an immersive training session where the coach trains the participants on pitching their ideas in front of the audience. Key areas covered include: thinking through your idea, managing anxiety, communication map, considering the other person's perspective, and body language, pitch canvas, planning your pitch, practice your pitch.
- The second session is where the participants present their ideas in front of the coach facilitating personalized feedback and refinement opportunities for each group's presentation style and content.
Workshop 2: Business Plan:
During this workshop, the shortlisted groups undergo another type of session led by professionals structured as follows:
Initially, participants are guided to determine the mission, vision, value, core objective, target market, competitive edges, the SWOT, PESTEL, and AIDA Analysis of the potential projects.
Subsequently, a workshop will be conducted to train the participants on executing market studies for their projects.
Finally, They go through deeper sessions where they will execute a financial feasibility study of their ideas.
Upon completion of the workshop, each group is tasked to present a primary draft of their business plan covering all the topics discussed.
These business plans will be presented in front of a specialized jury before moving to the step where the shortlisted ideas have to develop their prototype, whether it’s a product or a service.
